Downtown Arcata True North Apartment

This sparkling clean, Arcata Bay/Coastal themed apartment is within a block of the Arcata Plaza, Farmers Market, shopping, overlooking Salt restaurant patio and Septentrio winery barrel room. We have a private parking lot, 1 gig/second WiFi, TV w/cable, dishwasher, California king bed, washer/dryer inside the apt, and pretty town views. Fun location close to everything, very spacious, relaxing, and convenient. Walk everywhere, all of our apartments have walk scores of 96! This apartment is very spacious feeling with a large living room with great town views. There is a full bathroom with a shower over tub and an LG combination washer/dryer. There is a full size gas range, a full size stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table and chairs, a full size 55 inch TV with premium cable, and fast Wi Fi. There is a large private parking lot with motion lighting just for this building. Although the apartment is in a bustling, lively section of town within less than a block of many great restaurants, shops, etc, the bedroom is on the quiet side of the building and has a cal-king bed, and a sitting area to read/relax. The winery next door, Septentrio Barrel room, occasionally has live music and events on weekends, especially holiday weekends, Cal Poly graduation, etc, so we recommend contacting them to see what will be happening prior to booking if this is a concern. Guests have the entire apartment with its own private gate and stairway, a parking lot, and yard. The gates have electronic keypads so the apt and yard are very secure feeling. We respect guests privacy but are always available quickly for guest needs as our home is about 10 blocks away. We are very responsive hosts and always happy to provide recommendations for places to go, restaurants, beaches etc. This is a great location within a block of the town center/Arcata Plaza and less than a block from many great restaurants, shops. Within a block are 7 restaurants, the Arcata Plaza, the Arcata Co-Op grocery store, and countless shops. Once you have parked your car in the private parking lot with motion lighting that is just for this building, you won't need to drive again, everything is within a block or two from this location. We have tankless water heaters for unlimited hot water, rain shower heads, and very strong water pressure so much so many guests comment on how nice the showers are.
